The Venue has a capacity of 300 guests.

The indoor seated capacity of 220 guests with a dance floor. Additonal seating can be found on our large covered porches.

We do not provide linens or tablecloths.

However, we have a wonderful preferred vendor list with resources to rent everything you need.

There is no smoking inside the venue.

We allow smoking in designated outdoor areas around the venue.

We allow real candles if they are contained in a glass container or votive.

Yes you can have your rehearsal dinner on the property!

Our beautiful Gray Barn is the perfect spot for your dinner.

Yes you can stay overnight!

We have a beautiful farmhouse that can be rented for the weekend. With 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, and a ‘bunk room’ for the groomsmen, the farmhouse can sleep your entire wedding party.

This ensures exclusivity for the entire weekend and allows you to start setting up for your day early!

Prices for weddings start at $15,000 in the months of December-March.

April-November pricing starts at $18,000 for Saturday weddings.

If you aren’t staying on the property, you may arrive with your bridal party at noon.

If you are staying on the property, you can start as early as you want on your wedding day!

We also encourage weekend guests to start decorating/setting up the day before.

Our facility is climate-controlled with central heating and cooling. We’re prepared for weddings year-round.

We love when our booked couples take their engagement photos at the farm! Just let us know and we’ll get it scheduled.

Outside licensed vendors are welcome, we also have a wonderful preferred vendor list if you need a place to start.

We have ample parking in close proximity to the venue, and adjacent field parking if you need it.

Yes! all of our venue is ADA compliant and has several handicapped parking spaces as well.
